Documenting industry from the inside

Two foundry workers in aluminised protective suits in front of a furnace door, industrial reportage for Calderys

Production sites · Processes · People.

From refractory casting to ladles of molten steel, I photograph sites in full production. A geographer by training, I understand a place before I photograph it: its flows, its constraints, its gestures. Location scouting, filming, editing, colour grading, sound design: one single point of contact handles the entire process.

Let's talk about your image

Sectors

Heavy industry & materials

Production sites, manufacturing lines, materials in motion: chemicals, ceramics, minerals, food processing. Technically accurate imagery for your CSR reports, tender submissions and onboarding materials.

Energy & infrastructure

Engineering structures, infrastructure inspections, high-definition and drone surveys. Certified equipment, own PPE, full regulatory compliance.

Healthcare & precision manufacturing

Packaging lines, quality control, medical devices: sites where precision matters as much as regulatory compliance.

Manufacturing & fine craftsmanship

Workshops, precision skills, industrial heritage: I document the craft before the finished product, where every detail reflects on the brand.

Industrial photographer and filmmaker based in Lyon, working across France and Europe

Based in Lyon, with 20 years in photography, I have spent the last 8 years helping manufacturers, companies and public authorities showcase their sites, processes and people.
My clients include Johnson & Johnson, Kenvue, EDF, Calderys, Imerys and VNF: organisations that need imagery that is technically accurate and ready for use in their communications.

Trained in geography at EHESS (School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences, Paris) before becoming a professional photographer, I bring a spatial understanding to every place I document.

One person for the entire process

I never subcontract the core of my work: scouting, framing, selection, retouching, delivery and, for video, editing, colour grading and sound design.

For a major group, I have also documented sites across Europe: in Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Spain and Italy, and as far as Japan.

Agencies and communications departments

I also work on behalf of agencies and communications departments on a white-label basis: under your art direction, in your formats and to your schedule.
You gain a specialist in industrial sites (access, PPE, safety procedures) who delivers photo, video and drone imagery during a single site visit.

Frequently asked questions

Have a question? Browse the FAQ, and let's talk about your image whenever you are ready.

Do you work in Switzerland, across Europe and internationally?

Yes. Based in Lyon, I regularly travel to French-speaking Switzerland (Geneva, Lausanne, Nyon) and, of course, throughout France. For a major group, I have also documented sites in Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Spain and Italy, and as far as Japan.

An industrial site in Hamburg or Geneva is documented just like a site in Lyon: with the same advance preparation and the same logistical ease.

Do you offer both photography and video?

Yes, and by design. A single day on site produces a photo reportage ready for immediate use, along with the footage for a film edited afterwards.

How does an assignment on an industrial site work?

It all starts with a conversation: your objectives, access constraints and the site's safety rules.

I then prepare the scouting and work autonomously with my own PPE, without disrupting your production.

Do you use your own PPE?

Yes. I have my own personal protective equipment and adapt to each site's safety procedures.

Working in demanding industrial environments is part of my daily routine.

Do you work for communications agencies?

Yes, on a white-label basis. I work under your art direction, in your formats and to your schedule.

Do you also work with public authorities?

Yes. Several municipalities and intermunicipal authorities have commissioned me to produce promotional films showcasing the industrial activity of their area.

Do you work in English?

Yes. Briefs, on-site coordination and deliverables can all be handled in English or in French.
